1. Cancellation by Client:
14 Days Prior to Event: If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the scheduled event date, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
7-13 Days Prior to Event: If you cancel your booking between 7 to 13 days before the scheduled event date, you will receive a 50% refund of any deposits or payments made.
Less Than 7 Days Prior to Event: If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the scheduled event date, no refund will be issued.
2. Rescheduling:
More Than 14 Days Prior: You may reschedule your event without penalty if you notify us more than 14 days before the original event date, subject to availability.
7-13 Days Prior: If you reschedule your event between 7 to 13 days before the original event date, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total booking cost will apply.
Less Than 7 Days Prior: Rescheduling less than 7 days before the event is not allowed, and cancellations during this period will be treated according to the cancellation terms above.
3. Cancellation by Us:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the performance due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made. We will also do our best to offer an alternative date for the event.
4. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the event at a mutually convenient time.
5. Notification of Cancellation:
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing and sent via email to puppetaloo@gmail.com. The date of the email will be considered the date of cancellation or rescheduling.
6. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original payment.
